Before we started manufacturing in 1988, we had been retailers of so-called Big S brands for several years. We knew the "other guys" beds through and through. Some were pretty good, but some were "no-so-great" from a customer's point of view.
It was our customers that encouraged us to start manufacturing in the first place, so we wanted to take extra care in developing our own products. For our very own flagship line, we really wanted to surpass the quality of that which we had sold before.
So, this is want we did. We contacted many highly respected experts in the bedding industry and asked a simple question: which North American innerspring supplier is recognized as the very best in the industry. Hands down, everyone said Holland Wire Products of Holland, Michigan.
We sought out Jack Feininger, President of Holland Wire, a veteran of the bedding industry in North America. Jack not only advocated for his company's innersprings, he also became one of our mentors. He literally taught us the inside secret of a really great bed. We have been partners with Holland Wire Products for the past twenty-four years!
